SUMMARY:Voter Service Inperson Committee Meeting
DESCRIPTION:Join the Voter Services Committee at the Dunedin Public Library\, Room B\, Saturday\, January 3rd\, 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM\, for an in-person planning meeting.\n\nI believe the League’s trusted expertise in impartial voter services will be essential to reach and protect voters in our community during the 2026 midterm elections.\n\nThe LWVNPC needs your input on how we can defend our democracy!\n\nMy proposed focus areas for the meeting include voter registration drives\, candidate forums\, 411 voter guide\, requesting Vote-By-Mail Ballots\, education on voting issues\, and quashing misinformation.\n\nTo be productive from the outset and get up to speed quickly\, we need additional volunteers to assist with tabling.  There is a great deal to accomplish before November 2026.\n\nIf you have not yet certified with the LWVFL to register voters\, go to the LWVNPC web page\, click on Members Only\, password is lwvMembers\, and click on “Training Materials.”  When you are ready to take the test\, click on Voter Registration Certification Quiz.
