Format & Timing

• 4:30 – City and GA committee arrive to review setup.
• 5:30 – Candidates arrive for briefing in anteroom.  Briefing by Tanya Landry.
• 6:00 – Doors open for community & mingling with candidates.
• 6:25 – Communicate 5 minutes to start.
• 6:30 – Welcome by Katie DuCharme-Procissi (Chamber Board Chair), introduces moderator (Tanya Landry).
• 6:35 – Welcome/ground rules by Tanya Landry.
• 6:40-7:05 – 3 minute intros by each candidate (Mayoral in alpha order then Commission in alpha order).
• 7:05-7:40 – Q&A with candidates – 1 minute response times.
  • Q1 – Mayoral candidates 
  • Q2 – Commission candidates
  • Q3 – Mayoral candidates (rotate starting person)
  • Q4 – Commission candidates (rotate starting person)
  • Q5 – Mayoral candidates (rotate starting person)
  • Q6 – Commission candidates (rotate starting person)
  • Lighting Round – 7 questions drawn randomly asked to candidate drawn randomly 
• 7:40-8:05 – 3 minutes closing comments by each candidate (Mayoral in reverse alpha order then Commission in reverse alpha order).
• Closing by Tanya Landry & Katie DuCharme-Procissi.
• Mingling with candidates.
